Shipping
Home delivery (Paris, Boulogne-Billancourt, Neuilly sur Seine, Levallois-Perret, Vincennes, Saint-Mandé) will be made by appointment every day of the week according to time slots set with you. Contact us on the email box : contact@bazzparis.com
We ship everywhere in France, the delivery fees are free as well as the return fees. You will find inside your package a delivery note (Colissimo).
For shipments in the European Union, the shipping costs are 25 euros, the return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
For countries outside the European Union (United States, Australia, Japan, China, Emirates (Dubai, Saudi Arabia...) amount to 65 euros. The returns will be taken care of by the customer.
Our shipping time will be between 2 to 7 working days depending on where you live.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have ordered, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be returned in new condition, undamaged in its original conditions (packaging, preservation of the label, the product having undergone no alteration and not having been used). If not, it will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Upon receipt of your return and after verification of the product(s), we will initiate the refund to your account, you will be informed by email.
